We built AI Reminder to keep your day perfectly remembered — without compromising your privacy. This policy explains exactly what we access, why, and how your information is handled.

Data Collection

We collect voice data solely to process your reminders via Google Gemini AI. Your reminders are stored locally on your device.

Third-Party Services

We use Google Gemini for AI processing, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Google AdMob for advertisements. These services may collect device identifiers.

Data Security

Your reminders and personal settings are stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal data. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and are not stored on our private servers.

Biometric Authentication

To secure your "Secret Room" and verify password resets, the app uses your device's biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition).

AI Reminder does NOT access, collect, or store your biometric data. All authentication is handled locally by your device's secure operating system.

Calendar Access

The app requests access to your device's calendar to sync and manage your reminders. We do not transmit your personal calendar events to any third-party servers.

Subscription & Purchases

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. Purchase history is processed by RevenueCat and Google Play. We do not store payment information on our servers.

Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use device identifiers for personalized advertising. You can opt out via your device's ad settings:

Firebase Services

We use Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in), Firebase Cloud Functions (text-to-speech processing), and Firebase App Check (to verify app integrity). Data is processed on Google Cloud servers (europe-west1 region).

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data by uninstalling the app (local data) or by contacting us at ozankutlucan.dev@gmail.com.

This app is not directed to children under 13.
